Originally from Hollywood, CA, Fran lived the early years of her life in Manila, Philippines. Recent TV credits include "Charmed" (WB), "Becker" (CBS), "Titus" (FOX), and "That's So Raven" (Disney). As an actor, theatre credits include "Dogeaters" (LA Premiere - Playwright's Arena), "Romeo & Juliet" (LATC), "A Woman's Hand" (Flagstaff Festival of the Arts), "Canned Goods" (LA-CAD), "Merchant of Venice" (UK/LA Festival), "Canton Jazz Club" (East West Players), "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (6th World Shakespeare Congress), and the critically acclaimed LA Premiere of "Dogeaters" (Playwrights Arena). As a producer, Fran has worked in theatre and film including "Race2Love" directed by Andy Garcia, as well as independent documentaries such as "The Rani of Jhansi".

As a solo performer, Fran has toured to over 45 states, including special performances for the United Nations Associations in California & New York. During the summer months, she spends her time with "Playfair" an interactive one person performance for colleges across the country.

W&C mainstage credits include: Casca in "Julius Caesar", Snug in "A Midsummer Night's Dream", Sancho Panza in "The Mirror of La Mancha", Caliban in "The Tempest", and Juliet in "Romeo & Juliet". Fran also toured with the Classical and Environmental shows, having co-written "The WaterCycle" with Colin Cox. For the national touring department, Fran co-wrote and was the originating performer of "Faces of America".
